Time just has no intention of standing still with Easter coming our way this Sunday. Sometimes I can’t wrap my mind around how quickly the year is flying by. It’s our first Easter as a married couple and I’m excited to spend the holiday with family and enjoy our Polish traditions. Hope everyone has a great weekend! Here are some things I’ve been reading this week…
Wise words from Oscar Wilde.
I wrote about why I started a blog and was flattered to find one of my quotes highlighted in the follow-up piece here.
Creative ideas to decorating your Easter eggs. I also love this idea of using different types of tea to dye your eggs. In Polish culture, using onions is one traditional way of dyeing them so I was intrigued to hear about using tea, what a simple idea with a big impact.
Another fun way to bring some Easter fun into your home, egg-shaped cakes and bowls.
Great post from the talented Love Maegan about blog advertising and more. Another well-written piece shedding some light on the topic from Alexandra Wrote.
The meaning behind your favorite flowers.
The feminist talk continues, a piece from New York Magazine. And the response from some rightfully pissed off and misquoted moms here.
This is one insanely strong teenager.
An awesome list from the fab Glitter Guide of inspiring people to follow on Pinterest.
Tips for putting together a fabulous gallery wall for your home.
Happy weekend everyone!
